Acceptable Use Policy

To keep GenImage safe, lawful, and welcoming for everyone, all users must follow these rules. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Inclusivity and Respect

We are committed to an inclusive platform that is welcoming and respectful to people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. We do not tolerate content or behavior that is discriminatory, hateful, harassing, or harmful toward individuals or groups.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • depicts, animates, or illustrates sexual acts, or that constitutes pornography;
  • shows sexual nudity or sexually suggestive poses where the subject is nude, blurred, minimally clothed, or clothed in a way that would be unacceptable in a public context;
  • sexualizes minors in any way, or depicts minors in a sexual or suggestive context (zero tolerance);
  • sexual or intimate imagery of real, identifiable people created or shared without their consent (including “deepfakes”);
  • promotes hatred, violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activity;
  • harasses, threatens, defames, or invades the privacy of others;
  • impersonates a person or organization in a misleading or harmful way, or is intended to deceive or defraud;
  • infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary right.

3. Prohibited Conduct

  • reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract our models or source code;
  • circumventing usage limits, content filters, or security measures;
  • introducing malware or attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • reselling or redistributing the Service without our written permission.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, and may report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities. See our Terms of Service for more on termination.
